Rapid Fiber Internet Billing Details

Your Rapid Fiber Internet bill will be sent to your email address on the 1st day of each month* (check your spam folders too.) It is not included in your SVEC bill.

  • Payments are due by the 10th of the month, after which a 5% late fee or $10 charge, whichever is greater, will be applied.
  • An additional $5 per month fee will apply when not enrolled in paperless billing and Autopay.
  • If your bill is not paid by the 20th of the month, your service will be suspended until payment is made in full. If payment in full is not made by the 27th of the month, your service will be disconnected and you will be charged $25 to have it reconnected.

*Your first bill will include pro-rated charges from the first month you receive service.

Ways to Pay

Enroll in Autopay

Log in to the Customer Portal  to enable Autopay. Your bill will automatically be paid on the 5th of the month. Customers not enrolled in Autopay will pay an extra $5 per month.
