Basic Fiber Internet Service Installation Fee$150During the initial deployment and build-out of the Rapid Fiber Internet fiber system, the service installation fee may be waived.
Service Call$75 per hourStandard Business Hours (per hour on site),

Service Call fees may be waived under extenuating circumstances.
Relocate/Re-install Fiber Internet Service$150A service re-installation fee will be charged when an existing service is requested to be relocated or re-installed by the customer.

If the requested service relocation requires wiring to be run behind a different wall, an additional $50 fee may apply.
Cancellation Fee$75A one-time fee will be applied to customers for no show, late cancellations, or if no one of the appropriate age (18 or older) is available for the installation.
Return Check/Debit/Credit Card Payment Fee$25 if ≤ $50;
$30 if > $50 but ≤ $300;
$40 or 5%, whichever is greater, if > $300
One-time fee charged each time a payment is returned due to insufficient funds; the amount of the fee is dependent upon the amount due, per FL Statutes
Late Payment Fee5% of payment due or $10, whichever is greater.One-time fee: if a bill is not paid before the current due date, a late payment fee will be added to the account on the day following the due date (11th of the current month).
Suspension of Service for Non-Payment:

Accounts with a past due balance on the 20th day of the current month will have services suspended (except E-911 voice services) until payment is made in full. Suspension of service will not result in proration of billing for the time service was not available. If payment in full is not received by Rapid Fiber Internet by the 27th of the current month, all services (excluding E-911) will be disconnected on the 28th day of the current month.
Reconnect Fee$30All accounts that are disconnected for non-payment will be charged a $30 reconnect fee. Rapid Fiber Internet will waive this fee once per 12-month period if the account is placed on autopay.
Replacement Equipment Charges:

An Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and a GigaSpire wireless router will be installed on the customer’s premises when fiber or telephone service is installed. Both are provided free of charge while service is received from Rapid Fiber Internet. If Rapid Fiber Internet service is disconnected at a location for any reason, this equipment must be returned to Rapid Fiber Internet in good working condition within 30 days of service termination, or the following charges will be added to the account.
ONT Damage/Non-Return Fee$125This one-time fee will be added to the account if the customer damages the device or fails to return the equipment in good condition within 30 days after cancellation/disconnection of service.
GigaSpire Wireless Router Damage/ Non-return Fee$175This one-time fee will be added to the account if the customer damages the device or fails to return the equipment in good condition within 30 days after cancellation/disconnection of service.
Wi-Fi Extender Damage/Non-return$100This one-time fee will be added (per Wi-Fi extender) to the account if the customer damages the device or fails to return the equipment in good condition within 30 days after cancellation/disconnection of service.
Cancellation of LNP, per Number$15This one-time fee will be added to the account if the customer chooses Rapid Fiber as their voice service provider, signs the required LOA, then chooses to cancel the request for local number porting (LNP) of their telephone number.
Expedited Cancellation of LNP, per Number$125This one-time fee will be added to the account if the customer requests that their cancellation of local number porting (LNP) be expedited.
Snapback of Ported Number, per Number$300This one-time fee will be added to the account if the customer chooses to return to their previous voice service provider after successful local number porting, and the previous voice service provider recalls or “snaps back” the ported local number from Rapid Fiber to the previous voice service provider.
